The SLK Mini-SMP interface is a miniature interface that is approximately 69% of the standard SMP size and is commonly used for miniaturization of high-frequency coaxial modules and provides push-in and snap-in connections. It is mainly used for high-speed signal transmission.
Full stop and smooth hole fit systems provide respective levels of engagement/disengagement forces. Plugs are available in a smooth-bore version (for plug-in technology and backplane applications) and a vibration-resistant full stop type for the highest mechanical loads in aerospace engineering.
